JC Signs was formed in the early 1960' as J Chesterfield & Co Signwriters. Branching out from Petrie Terrace to the south of Brisbane, when Jim & Pam Eames took over the business after a 4 year partnership, the business in 1978 then became JC Sign Co.

Prior to Jim’s passing in 1999 his son Alan worked by his side learning from the master himself for over a 12 year period, then continuing to run the business for the last nine years with mum Pam behind the scenes.

Alan’s uncle Tony Eames has been with the company for 29 years. His past trade was as a qualified carpenter, and brings his expertise to our fabrication department, along with the array many other skills he carries out.

Alan has now clocked up 25 years of experience with JC Sign Co. Alan and his wife Nicole have now officially taken over the business to become JC SIGNS as at 1st July, 2008.

The company has maintained many loyal clients over 32 years ranging from large furniture retailers to development and steel companies, as well as the ever faithful smaller companies.
